"5-Star Experience Ruined by Breakfast Management
From the moment we arrived, the hotel itself exceeded every expectation. The property was immaculately clean, meticulously well-maintained, and felt incredibly welcoming. A special mention must go to the front desk and housekeeping staff—they were truly phenomenal, blending warm friendliness with top-tier efficiency. Our room was absolutely perfect, spotless, and incredibly comfortable.
The ONLY ISSUE that tarnished an otherwise flawless stay was the breakfast service.
While the hotel advertises hot breakfast options, the execution on Saturday morning was completely unacceptable. We arrived at 7:30 AM to find the food containers entirely empty. Shockingly, management had scheduled only one single person to run the entire breakfast service on a busy weekend morning.
The poor server was completely overwhelmed and could not keep up with the heavy crowd. The turnaround time to refill the stations was incredibly slow. After waiting 15 minutes without a single hot item coming out of the kitchen, my kids and I had to leave hungry.
Management severely let down both their guests and their lone employee. What hotel only schedules one server for breakfast on a Saturday morning? This staffing issue needs to be addressed immediately."
