Even after multiple stays, I never feel welcomed as a returning guest, which takes away from the overall experience. I also had a disappointing experience at the lobby bar. "We travel to Las Vegas every summer for business. We're there for a week. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. "The Staff was extremely helpful. Hotel was very clean. Our room was very clean comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the room, slippers, and robe. We liked that the Casino was small, NON-SMOKING. It was nice to be able to go to the" EATALY" inside the hotel. It offered many choices mainly Italian. The breakfast crepes were amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Only one issue was trying to get our request for some extra room amenities resolved. It took two days and still was missing two...
