"The property was very well maintained and centrally located. The only bad experience was with the check-in person. She had no welcoming smile, asked too many questions which should have been on record already as all my hotel bookings were with Expedia and no other hotel asked for my details except her. When asked, she was sullen."

"Thanks for the stay. New ownership transition takes time and I found the experience not well.
The property has potential, though maintenance updates to increase guest experience would help. However, the laundry was not operational, TV reception weak, the shower quite lukewarm and a water heater would be helpful here. Free parking 🅿️ is a bonus."

"The property was in a great spot. We didn’t need parking but it was offered at $38 (I think) a night.
Our room had seen better days and really needed an update. Everything worked but the bathroom had clearly flooded in the past (the door had swollen up from the wet), cupboards in the kitchen were dented and scratched and the dining chairs had their covering hanging off and the chair legs were bent (a bit dangerous actually, we stopped using them). It was clean, just run down.
