Hotel Murah di Highlands

"The free parking and breakfast were nice. We had an obstructed view from both windows and the water took 10-15 minutes to warm up with each shower use. That was absolutely horrible. We asked for more toilet paper, the never sent it up and had to ask again."

"Good location to Tarrytown and NY Thruway"

I have stayed at many HI Express’s and the front desk staff here was the least friendly of any I have stayed at. A simple Hello or Have a good night goes a long way. The staff in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Our room was clean but in a very odd location-it was the first room outside the lobby. It was noisy in the morning when people were having their breakfast. I would not recommend this...

"1 star truly doesn't do it justice. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying something! There is so much I don't know where to start...1st the front desk staff (excluding the one female with braids who works wknds) either doesn't know they work in hospitality or have no idea of what the word means. I was there 2x weeks and only one person ever said good morning and she wasn't a cleaner. They are rude and lack basic courtesy. Breakfast: Old blonde woman once...

"Staff was very accommodating and friendly!"

"I like breakfast and clean room"

"Second stay. Furniture etc a little worn since last stay, which was shortly after it opened. Everything was clean. Bed comfortable. We did not eat in the restaurant. Would stay again."
