"Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall."

"It’s true that the place is dated, shower water in one of the three rooms we booked was not hot, all shower rooms leaked quite badly…
But the staffs are nice & helpful, front desk was very kind to upgrade one of the 3 room booked 19th - 21st & the room we booked after our safari trips on 27th to a suite, indeed a very convenient & comfortable arrangement for the family of 5.
we particularly like its great location !!!
1 min walk from the very convenient Westgate mall where there are forex...

"The check in process was an absolute nightmare. I had a confirmed booking with Expedia, but on arrival it was clear something was wrong when they asked me to have a seat - for 2 hours! The hotel had given away my reservation for a 1 bedroom and simply cited they overlooked Expedia. Wow. So they put me in a studio thinking I wouldn’t notice? "Our family of 5 enjoyed a 4 night stay whilst we explored Nairobi. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. There is a good variety of food available at breakfast and on the restaurant menu. The staff are very polite and helpful, and the location is perfect for walking to The Sarit Centre for food or shopping.
As with many hotels in Kenya the hot water could be patchy and there were some very minor maintenance issues (eg one of our bathroom doors didn’t shut...
