"The breakfast was good. The coffee tasted very bitter. The room was a handicap accessible room. The made took the chair off on the bathtub and my mom could not take a shower for the lastnight. The front desk would not put the chair on. The front desk had a couple of people who were helpful. The majority of the staff had an attitude. Three different women who were very rude. Two of the four nights my mom could not take a shower. They switched the room and made us wait until almost 430pm the next...

"We went on a Friday night and it was very expensive, but as usual, good value. Here are my picky negatives; we will return there repeatedly in any case: 1) general coffee was not available at 6 a.m. (although Starbucks speciality was; 2) there was no back up tissue box and they ran out; and 3) they were sort of stringy with towels. The room was clean and comfortable; bed was good, a/c worked well and the breakfast was excellent."

"Shower was not being cleaned thoroughly, the tracks had build up. Room showed some wear and tear, baseboards were peeling off. Good breakfast and overall decent facility though."

"The room was clean. This is my second time staying here and would book again in the future. The laundry needed cleaning, but other than that it was 100/10 stay. The check in process I had a hard time checking in. So I check in the front. Staff was overall ok"

"great hotel, excellent location near everything. amenities are great. rooms are spacious with fridge, microwave, 2 queens, pull out couch and a great bathroom. no complaints at all. my only grip is coffee on sunday. i came down 5 minutes after breakfast was over and just wanted coffee and they said they don't do coffee on the weekends. i would just ask for coffee available with the water all weekend. overall fantastic hotel, great little pool, really good hot tub, nice and hot with strong...
