"Our shower didn’t work for three out of the 4 days we were there. They couldn’t move us because they were full. They finally fixed it the evening before we departed. Also, an employee put too many chemicals in the pool and the pool was shut down for the entire time we were there. The hot water for tea was never hot and the breakfast was very lacking."

"The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. The maid service was terrible, daily forgetting to replenish things like toilet paper, coffee, water. Everyday I had to call the front desk to bring up supplies. The window ledges inside and outside on our balcony were filthy and there was trash on our balcony.
The hotel staff was nice and helpful. The main lobby, bar, restaurant were nice and food at the restaurant was decent."
