Friendly and helpful staff with a lovely breakfast in the morning(to go available if you have an early excursion). Far nicer vibe than traditional western style hotels that I also stay at for business."

"Love, love love this hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and what a fantastic building. Our room was quite big too, and the courtyards are very nice. Nothing really to fault."

"We checked in at 1am and Marcos was incredibly accommodating setting us up in a room, bringing our 2 large suitcases up 2 flights and making sure we were comfortable. Staff even brought up hot water bottles for feet warmers as a complementary (unprompted) service. After checkout, staff stood with us on the street corner as we waited for our ride. Breakfast was delicious and the area is very picturesque. "

"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!"
