"THE ONLY REASON I GAVE 3 STARS JUST OK ITS BC OF ONE OF THE GIRLS AT THE FRONT DESK ; I DONT THINK SHE ENJOYS HER JOB SHE DIDNT EVEN SAY WELCOME TO US AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT MY 'VIP' GIFT WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A BOTTLE OF SPIRIT SHE TOLD ME WE CAN ONLY GET A SODA BUT THE REST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE AND HELPFUL AND AFTER A LONG TRIP THATS A PLUS"

"Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. "Beautiful property. Location is very convenient to the downtown square and restaurants. Breakfast is decent. Also recommend getting a massage at the Spa, especially after hiking all day.
