"The staff is amazing, very accommodating! We stayed to ski at Tenney and it was a great experience. Affordable clean stay. We will return . If you are looking to ski at Tenney and not spend an arm and a leg on your stay this is the place!"

"Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. "

"When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

"The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and the whole room was very clean. The mini fridge had a freezer which was appreciated for our freezer packs. The ice machine in the breakfast area is not for coolers. The pool was not open, which was a drawback. The...

"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"Easy to check in. Clean and spacious room but limited furniture and broken lamp (switch missing & bulb was not in the lamp). Old air conditioning - very noisy and inaccurate/ineffective temp controls. Older windows - noise from the highway quite loud. Additionally, in case there is a late bird guest in the room above you, forget about a restful night sleep - footsteps noise and interference are really bad (ask to be on the 2nd/top floor). "
