"Friendly front desk staff. Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms. Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected. I booked for my mom who has mobility issues and although the disabled friendly walk-in shower was great, the distance to get to the only elevators was quite the trek from the entrance / front desk. "When I checked in the desk clerk was not friendly. I was assigned a room and when I inspected the room it had not been cleaned from the previous guest. I went to the desk and could not find the clerk. I peeked in the side door and ask if there was anyone there and got no answer. I then found the clerk way in the back avoiding the front desk. She became upset and said she was going to refund my registration and have me leave. Because it was a prepaid registration she could not refund and...
