"The property is old and needs updating. There were no smoke detectors or sprinklers in our room. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and other guests can be heard clearly through a vent in the bathroom. The ceilings are low and drop down type. The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful."

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"The price was great. Get get what you pay for sometimes. The place was filthy in the bathroom. No water pressure to speak of. Very noisy including lots of trains. No sheets on the bed or extra blanket. Only a comforter. No coffee maker. The check in only took one minute. That was outstanding!!!! Honestly I rarely write a bad review. This isn't a hotel I will go back to."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Clean rooms, clean property, okay parking, walkable to restaurants. Perfect location halfway thru our trip to Canada."

"I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest best western we stayed at during our 9 days. Some mold in the bathroom, difficult to figure out how to get shower warm. Carpet does not feel clean. So many recliners sitting in corners, multiple paint colors, stuff on the walls and counters makes it feel cluttered."
