"We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit."

"A hidden gem off beltway8, 10 min either way to I-45 or 288. 4th floor room, wifi was strong, good size fridge, microwave and induction stove. Air conditioning was excellent, actually had to turn it off a few times (in Houston heat) Room service every day; bed made towels replaced without request. Laundromat available 24hrs (coin operated, can purchase detergent pods from front desk) Facilities kept clean; escalators, the lobby, the parking lot/grounds. Free coffee, minimal breakfast but...

"Amazing spot, plenty of areas to go out to eat and plenty of near by stores for last minute errands for our trip in a cruise and nearby to the expressway to take off."

"The quality of the living conditions was absolutely horrible. The restroom was disgusting. Shower curtain hung on by zip ties a terrible stench throughout the entire room and very unpleasant tenants everywhere that fit the mold of that side of town."

"This is a bare-bones place. Even though there is a kitchen there are no plates, no silverware, no cups, no mugs, no coffee pot - just 1 dishrag. No tissues. 2 plastic cups and a bar of soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, lotion, etc. Everything was clean and in good shape. Just know what to NOT expect before you get there."

"everything looks good and it was in good shape, the only thing was that out room had a strong smell to humidity and we are alergic. So we didn't sleep well. I am afraid there is mold on that room. They try to cover it with a glade scent plug, but that is worse honestly. "
