Cari Cottage di Hillsdale

"Not a Country Inn and Suites, changed to Hyatt Select with no notification. Called to ensure reservation. None. Clerk was nice, went to old computer and found original reservation, though only hotel room -no suite. No breakfast buffet as advertised…no meat or potatoes or fruit, only egg bites and usual toast, bagel. Love the pillows!"

"Needed help receiving"

"It was a clean and fairly adequate motel except for the mattresses and other furniture. Out of three beds in our room, one was adequate and the other two were worn out and visibly sunken. There weren’t many amenities (ice, front desk, etc) but the lack of comfortable furnishings in the room - sunken beds, only a card table and three folding chairs, no place to put suitcases to open them, etc., made this property a negative for me."

"Arrived 5pm to check in, no one at front desk. Phone on desk says to call to be connected immediately with someone to help. Tried on that phone and website phone for 30mins. Gave up, went for dinner. Tried calling hotel phone again twice on way back from dinner, not answered. Called Expedia to ask for money back, Expedia called and hotel suddenly answered the phone saying they are at front desk. We finally checked in as all other hotels full but probably won’t stay again."

"NIce room, beds, water, window that opens with screen, breakfast. Only negative was weak water pressure."

"It’s very bare bones basic facility. But the Room was clean and the price was reasonable so worked out well."
