We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. "Didn’t get the pack and play for my son when called multiple times. Only got offered last minute when he was already sleep. Went to their little restaurant to eat before bed, never got the food my son got antsy and we had to leave the restaurant. Never got offered a refund or food delivered, nothing. Then the next day my son got ill and had to leave early, Expedia attempted to reach out to get a refund for the last day and were denied. The woman at the desk said I’d get a credit? Didn’t even...

"You want to feel like you’re at home? This is the place. Inn keeper knew who I was when I walked in the door and that was customer service approach thru our stay. We went to Stone mountain arts center for concert, had apps in bar prior.. we were welcomed back to the inn and questioned with how was the concert as we closed out our night back at bar.
