"The staff was wonderful! My only complaint would be the facility charging a resort fee, considering that's why I booked "SONESTA RESORTS" only to discover an additional charge for chairs on the beach! What's the purpose of the fee if you charge anyway 🤔...in addition to the incidental fee and taxes it can be a bit of a shock to a modest budget upon checking in. I was also a bit disappointed that coffee was not complimentary, at least until 11 am. Are there plans to extend the adult pool? It was very tight. Loved the chair covering which I never quite figured out how to get one. Is there a reason why the pool closed 8:45 pm even for adults? Overall, this may very well become my "New Happy Place!" Beautiful Resort!"

"This was a great place to stay for a number of reasons. First, the staff. Fantastic in service, assisting and being available. Second, location. Just enough out of the way to be peaceful area. Not too much traffic. Third, amenities. Rooftop pool and. Breakfast. Both a plus in my book. Definitely would return to this location."

"The staff was friendly. We ordered room service the food arrived fast it was hot and delicious. The one thing I didn't like was having to pay 45.00 a night for self parking. I think that's ridiculous to have to pay that much to park your own car and have no type of security to try to insure the vehicles and secure"
