"Liked: hotel was clean, helpful staff (asked for extra pillows and towels which were promptly provided), room was mostly well-appointed, breakfast as fine -- good variety of food. Good dumpling restaurant nearby. Would stay again. Other guests were courteous. Easy, close parking. Air conditioning worked, was easy to adjust, and pretty quiet. Price was good.
Didn't like: My husband thought the bed was too soft. We had to bathe and wash our hands with shampoo because no hand soap (bar or liquid) or shower gel was provided. No hooks in the bathroom (but I loved that little shelf above the toilet paper!)"
