"We enjoyed the well equipped room with a comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant which had plenty of atmosphere on a Monday night in May. Good choice on the restaurant menu and excellent breakfast. Lots of stairs to climb to our room but we made it😊"

The location was beautiful and close enough to walk to the Stourhead and take in the stunning gardens. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Cannot reccomend this place enough!"

"My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay."
