"The rooms look a bit tired, I was first taken to a room designed for someone with a disability no idea why. Front desk staff not very friendly. Having only one coffee machine, which was slow and outside the breakfast room was annoying, had queue at breakfast for a while. The GF bread wasn’t nice tasted like it had been fried. The scrambled eggs and mushrooms were barely warm and I had breakfast when it started at 7. "

"We arrived with kids and found the room was not clean. We reported it to the staff, who were very helpful and offered us another room, but unfortunately that room was also not clean. We were then asked to stay the night and were told the room would be professionally cleaned the next morning. The cleaners did come and made an effort, but we were still not fully happy or satisfied with the overall cleanliness."
