Para empezar, tuve que estar enviando mensajes a su servicio de atención al cliente para obtener la liga del pre-check, y asi poder obtener los datos de acceso el dia de mi check-in sin problemas. "Great location, clean and stylish suite. Th front facing suite was noisy from the street and guests. My only issue is I was detained in CDMX, and asked to extend my stay. They said they could add a day but there was no room through the week. I said fine. However, they sent a whatspp and said I needed to vacate within an hour and that the promised extended night was no longer available. That is bad innkeeping and hospitality. I asked them to book me into a sister property, which they ultimately...

"Difficult to find a place so close to everything for a family stay that won't cost a fortune but this is it. Comfortable apartment-like rooms. Wonderful, efficient, friendly staff, especially Oscar and America at breakfast."
