"We were turned off immediately when checking in. The gentleman working the front desk was dirty like he hadn’t bathed in days. Then the woman that was to come in and replace him called and said she was going to be late so he started weirdly ranting about how she didn’t want to get on his bad side because he was her boss. We had 5 people in our family yet only 2 towels. We tried calling the front desk for more but they didn’t answer. I went downstairs to get towels and no one was there but...

"Such an incredible hotel!! Beautiful rooms, and the breakfast was amazing. Only issue we encountered was the pool being shut down for maintenance, as we did book this Hilton location specifically for the indoor pool. But that's nobody's fault, maintenance happens :) If we're ever in town again we will still probably book this same property!!"

"The property looked clean but my first room was infested with ants and the second room they gave me had a smell. The air conditioner leaked all night and barely worked."

"I reserved three rooms at a very reasonable rate. All the rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. I especially appreciated the walk-in showers as we had two members of our party with a disability. I didn’t partake in the free breakfast, but I was told it was satisfactory Overall,, it’s definitely a worthwhile stay if you need a place in Austin just a little outside some of the busier areas."

"Everything was great except the dishwashers dont clean well. I suggest ensuring all food particles have been rinsed away prior to washing in a dishwasher. Overall, I would stay again."

"On the plus side, the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure (strong enough to rinse the shampoo without standing there forever). The hotel was also very convenient to where I needed to be while in town.
