My husband misplaced his wallet and she called and left an email to notify us immediately. I really appreciate her efforts. The gentleman who works at the desk during the evening also went above and beyond during our five day stay at Hotel Indigo. He helped with freezing our ice cream, a wine screw, and so much more. The restaurant was outstanding with fantastic Scandinavian French dishes. Service, however, could be more attentive to match the high level of the food. Overall, a magical spot worth the stay. "

"On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who spoke perfect English...our check in was quick and efficient...the room was spotless...beds and pillows very comfortable...our room was at the back so nice and quiet...underground parking major plus...had seen lots of negative reviews so was sceptical...but the friendliness of all the staff including the cleaners...I would happily stay there again. "

"´Hôtel convenable et bien situé mais chambre trop petite et mal agencée. Le lit est si grand par rapport à la chambre qu’il y a peu de place pour atteindre la fenêtre . Je me suis cognée au lit. Idem pour la salle de bain, vitre de la douche trop proche de l’évier. Je me suis également cognée ( ce qui ne m’était jamais arrivé dans d’autres hôtels ). "
