"The room had a nice view and the location was very convenient in central Aomori. The staff even prepared a bed guard for our toddler, which we appreciated. However, despite informing the hotel in advance that we were traveling with a child, there was still a gap between the beds. We ended up having to sleep sideways with our toddler to stop them from falling in during the night, which made it quite uncomfortable."

"If you are visiting from the West, know you are in a 2 star hotel that thankfully is cleaned to Japanese standards.It's utilitarian, has the basics of what you need and the beds are comfortable. You are visiting a small town with a lot of history and beauty to see. Remember the purpose of your trip is beyond your hotel. Bonus, 7 Eleven is connected the hotel! I came Hirosaki for the cherry blossoms and to view at night and in the morning. This is the best option, if you want to be in town."
