Additionally, the pool facilities were disappointing — there is no actual hot tub, just a warm pool, while the other pool was uncomfortably cold. The environment was also quite loud, as we could hear other guests, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, while the location and amenities are strong positives, the cleanliness, noise level, and pool experience could use improvement."
