Excellent hotel, look forward to staying with them again in future.
Due to an early flight I arrived in the morning, but nonetheless the staff were extremely helpful. The lobby was spacious and comfortable, with a wonderful view, and I was able to get some work done while I waited for my room to be ready. The staff informed me as soon as it was, which was very much appreciated, especially what appeared to be a busy holiday period.
Room itself was lovely, breakfast was excellent and...

Booked and stayed for 1 night in a double room. Free upgrade to Lady's Package (bunch of cosmetics samples and some extra teas in the room) was given :)
My room had SUPERB view of Wakayama Castle, which was breath taking.
Room was a bit old, and I found some hairs on bathroom floor, and washlet on toilet didn't work, plus the air-con didn't chill the air and it was hot, and bathroom was like the smallest I have ever used, but otherwise it was a clean and comfortable room. Wifi worked well....
