Stayed here for two nights at the end of our trip and we really enjoyed our time here. The rooftop bar was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else.

The good: very good location close to the Peace Memorial. Easy walk to many things. The staff was very friendly. The facility was clean. The restaurant and bar were good as well. The bad: the coin laundry takes forever to dry your clothes. Many others complained of this as well. The TV doesn't offer english language channels which is okay given it's Japan, but it won't allow you to cast from you device or login to your apps which we have found in every other hotel we have stayed in while in Japan. They don't provide wash clothes or anything similar in their amenities. They don't offer to clean the room during your stay (we stayed 3 nights). They do change out the towels and trash but no room cleaning unless you pay a rather high additional fee. Overall: the hotel is in a great location and the staff is warm and friendly. The negatives may or may not matter to some people. I would say for the price I would rate the hotel 3.8 out of 5 stars.

When first arriving to the Knot my husband experienced a not so friendly approach when checking into the hotel. They seemed to not know we had 3 guest and gave him a hard time. The staff gave many stares and continued to ask lots of questions. I then had to provide him with proof that when booking I selected 2 adults and one child. As the evening continued staff and our experience became much better. We dined at the restaurant downstairs and it was an amazing experience. From making a reservation, to receiving friendly and helpful customer service who was very knowledgeable of the menu options. My husband and I chose the wagyu bolognese with a chicken Caesar salad for our entree. The octopus ceviche and shrimp with butter as an appetizer. My son chose the fire grilled margarita pizza. Let’s just say everything was top tier and the wait time wasn’t long at all. The food was fresh, tasty and filled with many delicious flavors. The atmosphere was family friendly and cozy. With the right choice of music. It had a really elegant and upscale atmosphere. The next day we decided to join some friends on the rooftop bar. We truly enjoyed the DJ and his diverse music. Staff were friendly and spoke English which helped when ordering drinks and snacks. What I really enjoyed about the hotel was it provided everything in one if choosing not to leave the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends who are looking for a 10/10 experience.

Considering this property was cheaper for two nights in Japan, than ONE night in a Premier Inn in the UK... WOW. This hotel was wonderful. The multilingual staff were great; well dressed and couldn't be more helpful. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bed size was great (we had a double room with two double beds in it!). All the amenities were of great quality, including the hotels pajamas. Very quiet as the windows are reinforced (can't open them as it literally is floor to ceiling windows for the views). Air con works well. Bath water is nice and hot. Would stay at any branch of these hotels based off of this stay.

The Knot in Hiroshima was incredible. We stayed in the panoramic city view room which felt more like an apartment than a room. The view was breathtaking to wake up to. Another great feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace and bar. The drinks were surprisingly affordable and really well made for such a fancy setting. The hotel is conveniently located with all the shops within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is seeking for luxury at a good price

The staff went above and beyond. The rates were extremely reasonable and the small extras (treats and drinks) they offered were great. The location is perfect, as it is right by the river, close to the Hiroshima memorial, atomic dome, river transportation, along with bus lines. The roof top patio has a great atmosphere as well.

Really great location. We had lovely views of the Peace Park. Everything in walking distance. Tram lines are at your fingertips. Easy to get to from Hiroshima station, only 20 mins by tram. Nice bar area at the top of the hotel. Excellent coffee at the entrance of hotel.
