Cari Cottage di Hisarja

"The breakfast is not so good and the spa is seven minus the rest the mineral water of the Jacuzzi sauna and the pool was very good"

"The villa was nice and clean, but that’s all you get really. We paid extra for dinner 22 euro per person and was told that the restaurant is open until 10, we went for dinner at 8:30pm to be told by the chef there that they close at 9 pm. The food leftovers were rice with little chicken, peas and few peaces of salmon, no salads, no starters, literally nothing for 22euro. The staff was so rude, literally never seen this before. Next morning at check out we asked for a refund for our dinner and...

"Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique."

"Good hotel"

"Solo female traveller. The hotel is in a good location, easily accessible to everything. Super breakfast options. I had a cold and asked reception for some extra toilet roll. When I returned to the room, they had also left me extra blankets which was very thoughtful. All round, nice hotel and great value for money."

"The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat...

"Rent hotel med lade faciliteter for el biler"

"The hotel is very modern in design. The staff were kind, welcoming and very accommodating, providing us with suggestions for where to visit and eat in Plovdiv. The hotel is also in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and within easy walking distance to the city centre."

"Good modern hotel right outside Plovdiv station. Helpful staff. Quiet. Fridge in the room."

"I’ve only missed a safe-box in the room. But everything else was excellent."

"What a wonderful hotel we discovered in Plovdiv. Not only was the staff super friendly, rooms were super clean, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel very modern and accommodating. Plus, built on top of Roman ruins, which you can see personally as the owner gives a personal tour. The hotel is easily accessible by Uber (they drop off at the front door), or we drove a rental car and parked very close in a secured lot the hotel provided. Probably the closest you can stay to all the major...

"Chambre fonctionnelle et propre mais salle de bain beaucoup trop petite, le WC est dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner quelconque"

"Location...Hotel Restaurant...Entire Staff... All Top Notch"

"Very nice and unique hotel in the heart of the Plovdiv Old Town. The staff is super helpful. Parking is another big plus."

"Great location, good staff, nice onsite restaurant and spa (run independently of the hotel). Clean but everything was dated in the rooms and the beds were old. Lots of staff that were very visible"

"Room we got was tiny and run down. The bathroom could hardly fit a shower, trailer seat and a sink which were merely in to of each other. Additionally, the humidity has affected the bathroom. Overall the hotel does not deserve the start rating it has. Parking was not available even that we tried to book in advance as advised and the reception staff who checked us in was not very helpful. Thankfully the lady was much more inventative and helpful. This is not my first trip to Plovdiv but...
