"Beautiful, clean, quiet property, convenient to downtown and to Biltmore Estate. We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary and appreciated the extra touches and hospitality from inn keepers Cherie and Dean. Great breakfasts, lovely happy hour on the front porch with wine and cheese, fresh flowers and fresh-baked treats! We go to Asheville periodically as we live nearby. "The only item that shocked me was the additional charge for the “pet friendly” hotel as the extra cost was not disclosed by Expedia when I booked the hotel room. It is my opinion that the charge should be refunded to me and the disclosure should be added moving forward if it is not included with the cost "
