"Beautiful property in a great location. Our room opened out to a large balcony overlooking the garden/courtyard where we enjoyed our morning coffee to the sounds of water and birds every morning. We walked almost everywhere, but also used the free shuttle."

"We had issues with the cleanliness of our room, but the staff was very attentive and moved us as soon as possible. The amenities were not great. The breakfast was basic and the gym was minimal and had some broken/missing equipment. "

"Clarity on room configuration - I booked a premier room with “multiple beds” and it turned out to be one king bed with a pullout couch. I expected two queen beds. Also the breakfast could be improved. The value for money is not quite there. "

The spread was not enough to keep me warm at night, so after the first night of shivering and using my two jackets on the bed to keep me warm, the friend I was visiting in Charleston lent me a thick quilt for the last three nights. The drapes match the bedspread I bought over twenty years ago….(pic included) The breakfast was adequate. "
