"We arrived to find that we were required to use and pay for Valet parking despite the hotels advertisement that self-parking was available. If there was text to the contrary it was buried and hidden. At the very least either a credit for parking should be given or spaces reserved for hotel guest parking. "Let me start with how great the staff was! Warm and welcoming. Answered all our questions. The only negative was the amount of and lack of amenities. The bar closed at 5pm, one hour after check-in. The breakfast consisted of store bought muffin or danish and starbucks black coffee (purchase required for all). The attendant that helped us with bloody marys was awesome though. Awesome pool.
