"This was an unexpected delight. The property was not only top notch in the accomodations but every staff member was as well. They were not only pleasant but they went out of their way to help solve an unforseen problem with broken shoes. We were on our way to my brother’s funeral services and had to be at the venue at a specific time. This prevented us from making a stop at a shoe store or to simply pick up some glue and tape to get my daughter through the service without having to go barefoot....

"For the price, we received good value. However, we returned from one long day to find we'd been randomly locked out of our room. We had urgent need of a bathroom, but received no sympathy. Somebody please tell them they're in the Hospitality business."
