Drew was very helpful from holding our luggage before and after check in/out, getting us something to cool drink and recommending restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great location to harbor, shopping, restaurants. Adequate continental breakfast & fruit available but no coffee or tea service offered after 10 am. Nice pool with towels & outdoor sitting areas. Friendly staff but not intrusive.
Via Expedia, we booked a king bed suite. Our area happened to be room #16 at the end of Heron Court. Nice for privacy and access to pool but did not expect that the bedroom & bath would be upstairs in a loft area. Stairs were very steep and loft and bath area...

"This is one of those get what you pay for properties. If you’re looking for a close, inexpensive, property and you don’t care what the room is like - book here. Pools are very nice, beds are comfy. The guest house / shared room style is an acquired taste but nothing to complain about. Parking in the street is free and only a few blocks from main bars and food. Would stay again."

"The aircon is very very noisy which in turn means neighbours TV’s are extremely loud, I would imagine to drown out the noise of the aircon.
You couldn’t swing a cat in the room, there is no wardrobe/nowhere to hang clothes and if you have a full sized suitcase then there is no room whatsoever.
Eden house itself is to a good standard and is very pretty looking however it is let down by the noisy aircon and loud TV’s so was not a relaxing stay for me, it was a sleep deprived stay instead....

"Not as expected. Balcony with garden view was a rotten deck with washer/ dryer view. Dead roaches in room. Pool was closed. No staff on site. Room was spacious and sitting room was nice. Had a problem with shower head but was fixed quickly. "

"The staff at the hotel were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We were right in the middle of the old district which had many many places to explore. Hotel had a wonderful hidden pool with live music/bar next to it in case we just wanted to relax after exploring all day."

"The property is right in the middle of Duvall Street making it a great place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was nice but there is limited space around it. Our only complaint was the proximity of our room to the elevator the staff uses to access the upper floors - every time they got on it they slammed the door which rattled our bedroom door and woke us up. I would still recommend the hotel to anyone. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Marker. Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. The location, across the street from Schooners Wharf and not far from Duval, was ideal. Karolina , the bartender/breakfast waitress was fantastic. We will definitely stay at the Marker again on our next trip to Key West."
