"Clean, nice, and friendly staff. The only downside is that the Hotel is at the end of the airport and the takeoff path is over the Hotel so you hear every plane. The pool is heated but there is no Jacuzzi which was disappointing. Overall very nice place."

The property was ok - overpriced for USD $300 and it's not even peak season!
The room overlooked the parking lot so the view was not great! The bathroom mirror frame was stained and the ceiling of the room had water stains on it.
The breakfast had paper plates and disposable cutlery - not great!
You have to carry your own bags to the room.
LIKED:
Very friendly, efficient, helpful checkin and check out staff.
Parking was included in the price of the room.

For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"Just… no.
Casa Marina is wildly overpriced for what it is. I have stayed at rough all-inclusives in the Dominican that felt more luxurious than this — and at least there, someone was trying to hand me food and alcohol.
The “beach” is the biggest disappointment. Calling it a beach feels generous. It is ugly, underwhelming, and nobody seemed particularly interested in helping with drinks or making it feel like a resort experience.
The amenities were also something special: loud maintenance...

"The room was dirty the carpet was nasty the room smelled and the sheets had brown stains on them as well as the couch had stains everywhere on it the room wasn't what I expected. I will not be going back and they only suppose to have refund me 50.00 dollars that never happened and they try to move too a regular room instead what I originally paid for not a great place to stay that's my opinion"

"Very beautiful and clean place to stay. We had an ocean view room, and it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Definitely worth the money to stay at this property. We did not use the pool, but we noticed a lot of guests enjoying it each day .The food at the on site restaurant was also very delicious. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay in Key West."

"The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."
