"Clean, nice, and friendly staff. The only downside is that the Hotel is at the end of the airport and the takeoff path is over the Hotel so you hear every plane. The pool is heated but there is no Jacuzzi which was disappointing. Overall very nice place."

"From check in to check out, staff was great! Friendly and welcoming desk staff and attentive customer service. Our room was adorable and more than expected (especially after having read some of the reviews)! The pools are great, games in the backyard are fun and the bar was good. My ONLY wish - that the kitchen area had little more lighting and I think it would be helpful if there was some sort mat or rug as you walk i to the room (to help lessen dirt/sand into room). "Was suppose to be a resort stay, it was mor like a refurbish old hotel with next to no amenities and so noisy that they provided ear plugs on the nightstand. Shower had soap scum, I use slipper socks that turned black on the bottom first night and the pool had some of the worst scum on the tile rim I have ever seen. Way over paid for the experience!"

"Great place to stay! I will say if you are a Key West newbie like we were, do not rent a golf cart through the hotel. You can get a better quality golf cart for the same price elsewhere."
