"Excellent hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and feel like a 5-star hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to provide a free drinking water station in the lobby or reception area, available 24/7 exclusively for hotel guests. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!"

"Location was excellent. We walked everywhere and never felt like things were too far. Every staff person was so kind and helpful. We had some issues and we were immediately upgraded and the rooms were beautiful! 4 pools on the property, beach size towels were always available poolside. "The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again."

"This is a wonderful old mansion. I love that they did NOT modernize it to the point it’s lost its charm and character. The staff were amazing. The room was nice, clean and cool with a nice view. I would highly recommend staying here. The only negatives experienced is the noise level. Be prepared to hear propane trucks at 6 in the morning stopping at the cafe and the smell of the seaweed can get pretty rough. "This was a very nice place. We stayed in the library. The only problem was the light outside our room that must have been motion activated. It rained a lot while we were there so possibly the train activated it. Also, you are in the flight pattern for keys landing at the airport. Very clean, very comfortable though and enjoyed it."

"Duval House is a lovely option to stay at in Key West. Just a nice walk to the downtown bar and restaurants. The backyard where a yummy breakfast is served is so pleasant. We met several nice people there. My only issue was with the air conditioner location in our room. It’s was right above our bed and kept me awake the first night. Fortunately I discovered a pair of ear plugs in my husband’s shaving kit, so I slept great the second night."
