"This was our first stay at the Douglas House. We stayed for 6 nights. We had a great stay and were very happy with everything especially the free amenities offered at the pool. They offer free sunscreen, water, and coffee. The property was very clean and easily accessible. We did not rent a car and was able to easily walk and bike anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly. There is limited parking everywhere in Key West so be sure to read more about the property and their parking...

"We had a great trip. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite by the pool. The room was very clean and spacious. It was pretty quiet at night and all of the staff that we came in contact with were very helpful. If we come back next time, we will definitely stay here again."

"i have a few complaints about this inn. first i'd like to state the host upon check in was not nearly as informative about our stay as the host last year (which we did see her out and about and she was kind) (wears converse) she is who we prefer. second, with the amount you pay to stay here you think you would have more than just 1 functional wall outlet. all of the wall outlets are loose or just non functional. & lastly the water pressure is non existent, makes showering extremely hard and time...

"The Duval house is quiet and quaint with a beatful outside area. It's adults only which was nice but the pool closes at sunset. As an adult only place the pool should at least be home until midnight. The breakfast has zero meats. Parking is expensive and not guaranteed a spot."
