"The douglas house was very very nice! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only 1 thing I could say we were taken aback about was , the place is adult only which we like because our kids are grown and we dont really want to have to deal with , listen to , or share spaces with other people's children , but there were several guests that were very very comfortable in their bodies and were very rude in and around the pool most of the time . We dont consider ourselves prudes at all but the other guests were all friends and knew each other so it was a bit uncomfortable. All that being said the reason for our trip was our 26th wedding anniversary and we love each other very much and are comfortable in our bodies also . The night we checked in we used the pool area and thought we would have a great stay for the remainder of the week . Unfortunately every other time we tried to go to the pool it was covered in naked bodies. The property and staff and location were great and we would def recommend to other adults and stay again in the future. Unfortunately im not sure we will because of the things mentioned above. Please let me know if theres any way we could get any kind of reembersmint of our room rates for the fact we didn't knowuse the pool or outside area at all and we could try to stay again and invite our own friends now that we know the type of atmosphere. Thank you again for the politeness of staff and everything"

"Lovely resort in a great location. Wonderful staff; everyone was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Food was good. Beautiful view from our balcony. Unfortunately, our shower leaked and many towels were used to mop up water. The towels, both bathroom and pool towels, need to be replaced. Staff were constantly working to keep everything running smoothly; such as keeping up with the frequent rain and puddles. Would stay here again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at H2O! The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The concierge was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The customer service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our time here. I would highly recommend H2O to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and hospitality. We will definitely keep H2O in mind for a future visit!"
