"I've seen a lot of people razz on this property. Yes it is old and could use some maintenance. It does have character and was very comfortable for us to stay overnight. I would go back again. If you can't lug your luggage up a couple flights of stairs, maybe you should hit the gym. Have an adventure."

"We had a wonderful stay in Seward! A Swan Nest Inn was perfect for our group of four. The room was clean and comfortable. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and we were able to enjoy it early before heading out for a morning boat tour."

"Our stay in Seward was wonderful. The property feels more like being welcomed into a friend’s beautiful home than staying at a hotel. The hosts are incredibly warm and attentive and make you feel truly at home. Breakfast is a highlight, freshly cooked à la carte and absolutely delicious. And the view is simply spectacular, one of the best in Seward. We loved our stay and will definitely be back, hopefully next time with our kids and friends. Highly recommended!"

"The complimentary muffins were absolutely delicious! The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. The host was kind enough to inform us early that we could check in ahead of time, which was super helpful. They also contacted me right away when I accidentally left my glasses behind. The only minor downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but overall it was a great stay."

"No elevator, but this wasn't a problem for no us. Since there is no one on site we didn't know what room was ours or the front door code. Better community up front would have been good. Otherwise it was good, excellent location, comfortable bed"
