Excellent place to stay. The 3 of us had plenty of space. Everything was very clean, comfy beds and pillow, breakfast was as good as any restaurant and the service was top notch! Everyone was polite and helpful. We will stay here again if in town.

Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit.

Great guest services staff.💕. From the time I check in until 2 days later I checked out Rooms are very clean and spacious. It’s just a great location for convenient shopping and restaurants. Most major as well as local restaurants next door to TOWNPLACE Suites.

We love this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is good and limited hot options vary a bit. Hotel is convenient to shopping and dining. The only down side is it is located between the highway and train tracks, so can be noisy at times.

We were in town visiting family and the young man working the front dest allowed us to check in early and was very much appreciated. The hotel is very nice and clean. And location was great! The only problem we had was people making noise at 4am right above our room and we called front desk and they took care of it. Overall very good stay !

Parking is a bit limited but adequate during our stay. Staff were helpful and caring. One thing was the front desk took a $60 incidental charge to my credit card stating "you will get it back upon checking out". That was not the case. Said we would receive back in one to two weeks. We booked through a 3rd party, but that 3rd party did not charge. The hotel staff put the charge on my credit card upon arrival. They should be true to their word.
