Staff were very friendly. However it was rhe condition of the hotel that let it down. I have been travelling in vietnam for over 3 weeks and this accommodation was the worst by far. The family room had no window, so the room smelt awfully of damp. There were mould patches all over the ceiling, the bedding felt damp and the bathroom was covered in mould.
There were also stains and black marks on the bedding.
We stayed one night, if we had been staying longer i would have changed hotel.
Breakfast was ok, but everything was cold. There is an egg station, but he cooks 4 set egg types and just leaves them on the side on display. You cannot order fresh, you have to take one off the side cold.
Pool was ok, very small but to be expected in a small hotel.
Altogether a very disappointing stay.
