"We had a very enjoyable stay at New World Saigon Hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, shopping and many of the main attractions in District 1. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the hotel facilities were very well maintained. We were offered an upgrade to a suite on the 11th floor, which had additional costs, but was well worth the space and view! Breakfast was a highlight, with a large variety of both local and international options. The pool area was also a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel with great service, excellent facilities and a fantastic location."

"Very polite, respectful, and professional staff. The room is spacious and clean with modern decor. The shower doesn’t drain well, so sometimes it floods up to your ankle. When you turn off the shower, it usually drains in about five minutes. The window isn't airtight so that you will get street noise, and there’s a club next door with music on sometimes until 11 PM. Overall, we love this hotel and highly recommend it for its location, location, location; spacious, clean room with modern decor; professional staff; and reasonable rates. This is it."
