無駄なほど部屋数が多く、部屋の面積が広く、大満足でした。手動型ウオシュレットが、付いていて、初めてだったのでびっくり 食器や鍋がありましたが、おそらくあまり使う人がいないみたいですね ワインのオープナーがなく、フロントから届けてもらったりしました。

場所良し、ドアマンの対応良し

高島屋まで歩いて10分弱、公園の裏手で静か、プロパティ自体は古いが広くてリラックスできる。フルキッチン、大きな冷蔵庫が使いやすい。ドアマンが優秀でとても好感が持てる。延泊すれば良かったと少し後悔。

This place is extremely outdated and the furnishings are old. There was a dusty old aroma around the place. The room size itself was huge, except there were two extra bedrooms in the room, both of those however they had decided to lock off. Understandable given we only booked two bedrooms, but felt like we were locked out of the room we had booked in some ways. The only real positive I can draw on was the water pressure in the shower, that was amazing. Also, the size of the apartment was generous. Hardly anything to make me want to stay there again though. To top it all off, the elevator shut down with me inside. There was no power so the alarm didn't work either. Thankfully nearby guests heard me in the lift and got help. I managed to get out of lift, only to see the front desk staff laughing at me. Hardly the customer service you would expect given the experience that just happened! My friend moved out on the day we arrived as you can find 5 star quality rooms for around $60 USD just around the corner with all sorts of amenities like breakfast and minibar included. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and doing the same, unless you really need the space.

キッチン、リビングなどがあるアパートメントタイプの４ベッドルームを予約したので、大人数で一緒に宿泊できて良かったです。アメニティーはこだわりのないものなので、自分で用意していったほうがいいです。スタッフのサービスは良かったです。

Loved location, dont like the services of staff!

Look like the front desk (name Hoa) didn't know what she's doing. Try to gave us a hard time while checkin the hotel ( she asked id for all people staying in the hotel even for the kids?) when I asked her to talk with her boss she said boss busy and she is the only one there (are you kidding me???) she acted like she is big boss of the hotel...
