Great location that's close to pretty much everything. Good size and modern rooms, attentive and very helpful multilingual staff, fresh tasty snacks available for guests in the foyer pretty much all day and high quality cleaning. Overall a great place to stay in HCMC and excellent value. The only real downside was that the pillows are shockingly uncomfortable.

Great location in the heart of Saigon; that is what you are paying for. Room was clean and bathroom was very modern. My room was small but on the plus side it was at the back and very quiet considering the location. There is a small self service buffet for breakfast in the lobby, which is a nice touch though I didn’t partake. If you want to use the Onsen you need to book in advance.
