Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Location is great. However note that this is not the actual Landmark 81 building but one of the landmark buildings in Vinhomes area so pictures and descriptions are deceiving.
Terrible communication. Did not respond to messages after initial check in. Place was dirty.
Gym access is only for one registered guest who has to accompany other guests to access facility.
Only 2 bath towels and one medium towel provided for a two bedroom in total. No laundry detergent even when asked for it to be provided so could not use washer.
Both bathroom floors were constantly wet due to leaking bidet. Floor towels were not replaced and were ripped and dirty- we don’t think they get washed and look like they just reuse it for next guests. We ended up wearing our sandles all the time because it just felt dirty.
The kitchen area smelled and was infested with tiny ants. Old stained dishwashing and kitchen towel. This is our worst experience staying in the Vinhomes area (this was our third time).
