I had to personally reach out to the owner just to obtain the apartment number and check-in details—information that should have been provided well in advance. To make matters worse, we were only given one key card, which was the sole means of accessing our floor via the elevator. Since we were traveling as a group of three, coordinating access to the apartment became a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. While the location was ideal, the overall lack of customer service and support significantly detracted from our experience.
