There is nothing luxury about this apt. Don’t stay here. The unit is very rundown, old and worst than a motel 6 in the US. Mold and damp smell filled the unit that triggered my asthma. The wall papper were peeled and hanging on almost every wall. There was barely anything in the kitchen. 6 small rice bowl, and 2 plates. Some pot and pan, but no microwave, no cooking utensil, nor anything that you can do some actual cooking. The kitchen counter was also dirty. Since they showed picture of luxury apt, it is down right false advertising, and basically is a scam to steal your money.
We landed at 6:30 pm in Ho Chi Minh City. By the time we cleared custom and get to the property, it was 8:30 pm. The person was not even the host, only handled us the key and left without really showing us anything. The AC units in the bedrooms were not working. They flowed out hot air even though we tried to put them AC mode. We thought after a while it will cool down to cold air. But no, the hot air still out. We send text message to the host, they said they will come tomorrow. It was only 9 pm. They are expecting us to sleep in a 90 degree heat.
I was so upset with the condition of the unit, I texted the host to let them know that we are not staying in such a rundown place that is not as advertised in the picture. I am demanding a full refund.
