We stayed in room 303. The hotel staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The gym was decent, neat, and clean. Breakfast was tasty and flavorful. However, room 303 had a serious issue in the bathroom area: a strong sewage smell coming up from the drain, which was very unpleasant. We hope this will be fixed soon. The most disappointing issue for us happened on the night of January 24, 2026, at around 10 PM. Our room needed an extra blanket, so we contacted the front desk. The staff told us that each room is only provided with one blanket and they could not supply an additional one. This was extremely disappointing. We have never thought that a hotel could be so stingy. When guests need extra assistance, they are simply not supported.

EXPEDIAの地図情報の間違いに気づかず、場所、値段ともにリーズナブルだったので利用しました。結果、場所が想定と違っていました。これはEXPEDIAとGoogleMapとの連携ミスです。EXPEDIAはこれについては何も補償をしないので、皆さん気をつけてください。 しかしながら、場所はいわゆる観光地からは離れている（車で30分程度の距離）ものの、ホテルの設備はとてもキレイで、私が宿泊した部屋には窓がありませんでしたが、照明の光度も充分に明るく、かつ帰ってきて寝るだけなので、気にはなりませんでした。部屋は清潔でシャワーの水圧も十分（温度調整がちょっとしにくいが）です。アメニティは無いですが値段相応だと思います。 7Fにレストランがあり、朝食は決められたメニューから選ぶ方式です。これが味が良くて、フォーなんかはここで食べたものが一番美味しいと思ったくらいです。なぜこんなところにあるホテルのレストランがこんなに美味しいのか？と少し不思議なくらい。 同じ7Fに小規模ですがジムもあり筋トレも可能です。 場所の件を除けば、満足できるホテルだと思います。どローカルなベトナムを感じたいのであれば、この場所であることもまた良い点だとも言えます。

Worst service I’ve ever received

I arrived at the hotel and the clerk couldn’t find my reservation. After showing him the evidence that I had paid for the trip through hotels.com he still refused and in the end I ended up having to stay at a different hotel. I have still not been refunded the money.
