Be aware that this is a privately owned apartment listed as a hotel. The check in process is the owner/management company contacting you for a specific time you will arrive. Should you have any delays, this will result in a lot of messages. We confirmed arrival time but still had to wait 30 minutes as the host was stuck in traffic. The lobby/common area is not well lit or air conditioned and was not comfortable to wait for the host. The apartment was sparse. And was not at all what was pictured. Recommend reviewing photos or requesting photos. Linens and towels were of a low quality. Cleanliness is reflected in the build quality of the building. There were many scuffs and marks on the walls, furniture and poor ventilation in the bathroom.

I do appreciate the property manager was very quick and responding. But I didn’t really enjoy my stay there for 3 nights, they gave me 2 bath towels for 2 people. No hand soap, no bath rug for the shower the confirmation of their shower is funny-no door to prevent water from getting all over the bathroom floor, no paper towel. Even if we wanted to clean the water off the floor, we didn’t have an extra towel except for our bath towel to use. I was told that if I needed an extra towel I needed to pay $150,000 dong which isn’t much at all, but I think it’s ridiculous if you stay three nights and they only give you one towel and that is the only towel in the facility. There is only the washing machine, no dryer so good luck trying your clothes if you want to do laundry. The room is modern but that’s about it. Highly recommend the property manager to maybe make it more enjoyable stay is to provide 1. Extra towels (there was not even a hand towel, paper towel or dish clothe provided) 2. Provide hand soup in the kitchen (how do people do the dishes?? 3. Provide washing machine instructions (step by steps)
