The best thing about the hotel was the staff; they were very helpful and kind. They responded immediately to every request I had. However, there were a few issues. The safe box was not working from the first day; they replaced it, but the new one was placed on top of the old one. The electricity kept ticking every five minutes; they said it was due to an overload. There was also no hot water in the room throughout my stay.
