This is my third stay at Vinhomes Central Landmark Plus, and it continues to impress every time. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is unbeatable, peaceful yet convenient, with great amenities and easy access to the city. The surroundings are beautifully kept, and the overall environment feels safe and relaxing. Consistently reliable and enjoyable, this is definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to.

Exceptional Rental Experience I recently had the pleasure of renting this Vinhomes in Landmark 4 and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly maintained. The cleaning team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The floors were polished, the bathrooms were sanitized, and the kitchen was sparkling clean. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail in the linens and amenities, which were always fresh and clean. The property management team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns I had. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication was clear and concise. The location of landmark 4 was perfect for my needs. It was close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around without a car. Overall, my experience at this Vinhomes was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable rental experience.

6/10 Okay

When we arrived, there was no shower curtain, limited towels provided. We have to request hand towels. The bathtub is about 21/2 ft tall that we have to climb in and out with no handhold. It is not handicapped and elderly friendly. Spacious kitchen with basic pot/pan, silverware, etc., It has washing machine in the unit, but no English instruction. TV channel has only CNN available, it is not friendly for someone who could not understand Vietnamese language. The staff tried their best to accommodate us setting the Netflix TV in English caption to no success. Safe neighborhood and accessible to restaurants and stores.
